Homework Policy

Homework is given on a daily basis. Whether its written homework or oral homework.

On the days that there is no written assignment, you should:

  • review class notes (rewriting class notes is a wonderful way to study)
  • practice vocabulary repeating it a few times
  • use practice websites to review the conjugation of verbs  -OR-
  • review conjugations of tenses that we are going over in class either orally or writing them down (conjugating practice sheets are always available in the class)

Homework is due on the date that it's due on the period that it's due. There is no make-up homework unless you were legally absent. If you have an excused absence (legally absent) then:

  • you have 3 days (consecutive days) to make up your homework.
  • It is your responsibility to get the HW assignment from a classmate or your teacher.
  • It is your responsibility to show your make up work to your teacher on or before the 3 days.

ANY HOMEWORK MISSED DURING AN UNEXCUSED ABSENCE WILL RECEIVE A ZERO.
