works closely with the curator, researcher, exhibition
designer, and administrator
Exhibition Designer
collects and organizes images from the Internet
gains permission to use images
works closely with curator, writer, museum architect,
and webmaster
Museum Webmaster
responsible for the quality of site design and content
works with museum architects to develop and create web site
has knowledge of or is willing to learn web
authoring and image editing software
works closely with board, curator, architect and
designer
Museum Architect
develops the museum’s layout and structure
creates web site using web authoring software
has knowledge of or is willing to learn web
authoring and image editing software
works closely with curator, exhibition designer,
and webmaster

Public Relations Department
interviews school district public relations

responsible for promoting virtual museum through
local newspapers, district and school websites, district and school
newsletters, and posters

necessary materials for assembly
Docent
plans and organizes the assembly
presents the virtual museum to an audience
