and join their journey into to the world of graphic design. At this
time, the graduates are busy starting their own design firm. The
first task was to create a company name and its logo. |

| What
is a Graphic Designer? A graphic designer produces visual media to communicate the needs of a client. The visual media includes: brochures, logos, web pages, or an advertisement. A client is the person or company that will pay you to make the design. Types of projects and/or jobs:

| First,
the graphic designers will create company names and logos. A logo is a
unique symbol or design that represents a company. Also called, a trademark.
They will use Adobe Elements software to make their creations. Some examples are: Their first clients were international music corporations. They designed CD covers for popular musical groups that the music corporations represent. The covers contain the following information:
