Medication of any kind, including over-the-counter drugs an cough drops, cannot be dispensed to any child without a doctor's order and parental consent. An adult must bring the medicine to school in its original container. No medication brought to school by a student will be administered. If you need to give your child any medication during the school day, you must do it in the nurse's office.

Physical examinations by a family doctor or school physician are required for students in grades K, 2, 4, 7, and 10 and for new entrants.

Certificates of immunization are required for every student in Lakeland. Please contact the school nurse for further information.
