Sunnyside
The grounds were landscaped in a way to give a peaceful effect. Irving wished to have his landscape both beautiful and practical. One such example is a pond Irving had changed into a larger body of water. The area was beautiful and served as the home's source of water. Irving enjoyed spending time in the outdoors and taking walks on his property with family and friends. |
