Westchester Assistant District Attorney Bruce Kelly worked with the fifth graders at Benjamin Franklin to give
them an insight into our judicial systems.  Jack Jones, of Jack and the Beanstalk fame, was tried on two
criminals counts, stealing of the goose that laid golden eggs and the homicide of Mr. Arthur Giant.  The fifth grade
students all took on roles of witnesses, the prosecutor, defense attorney, judge and jury to role play the actual trial.
