New Student Registration Grades K-12 (September 2022 to June 2023 School Year)

Parent/guardians who wish to register their child for the 2022-2023 school year may do so online.  Any student registering for kindergarten for the 2022-2023 school year must be five years of age on or before December 01, 2022.  Please complete the online registration packet by clicking on the appropriate link below.  If this is your first time completing a registration packet online, you will be asked to create an account.  By doing so, you will be able to save and return to your forms in progress and print your form history.  You will need to complete one form for each student you are registering.  If you are unsure which school your child will be attending, please contact our Transportation Department at (914) 528-4445 extension 39661 or 39662 to verify.  Once you have completed and submitted the necessary information, along with all required documents, the school registrar will contact you to schedule a meeting to verify documentation.  If you are unable to complete the registration process online or have any questions regarding this process, please contact the registrar at the appropriate school.  The registrars and their contact information are listed below.

Universal Pre-K (UPK) Registration (September 2022 to June 2023 School Year)

Our UPK program serves students who will be four years of age by December 01, 2022.  Placement in the program is through lottery. The lottery for 2022-23 has been completed and any new registrants will be placed on a waiting list should spots become available. The program is developmentally appropriate and is designed to meet universal standards for Pre-K students in areas of prereading skills, early numeracy skills, fine and gross motor skills, as well as social skills necessary for transition to school age programs.  Those wishing to register a child for UPK for the current school year can do so by clicking the appropriate link below.  You will also be required to complete a UPK Questionnaire in addition to the standard registration packet.  When completing the registration information, please select Pre-K as the enrollment grade and please select Lincoln-Titus ES as the enrollment school.  Once you have completed and submitted the required information, the school registrar will contact you to finalize the registration.  You are asked to please bring the UPK Questionnaire with you when meeting with the registrar to verify documentation.  If you have any questions, please contact the registrar at Lincoln-Titus ES.

Request for Transportation to Non-Public School

New York State School Law requires that a written request be made EACH YEAR for transportation to a non-public school. Parent or legal guardian prior to April 1st of the upcoming school year must submit this request to the Transportation Department. The only exception is when families move into the district later then the April 1st in which case the request should be made within 30 days after establishing residency within the district. If your home residence is beyond 15 miles from the school of request, it is best suggested that you contact the transportation office @ (914) 528-4445 for details.
