Directory Information

The School District designates the following items as directory information:

  • Student’s name
  • Student’s address and telephone listing only to parent-teacher organizations, other organizations with an official relationship with the school district whose primary purpose is to benefit the school district and governmental agencies
  • Participation in officially recognized activities and sports
  • Weight and height of members of athletic teams
  • School of attendance
  • Most recent/previous school attended
  • Degrees and awards received
  • Photographs for use by the school district and media 

The school district may disclose any of these items without prior written consent, unless notified to the contrary, in writing, by the parent or eligible student by the end of the first 30 days of the school year.
