If you receive an error message similar to "You are not authorized to use this device.  Please contact the administrator for sign-in permission", your Chromebook does not have this necessary policy and you may have trouble logging on.  The easiest way to force the Chromebook to pull down the needed policy is to reset it.  Please click here for instructions on how you can reset your Chromebook.
