3541 Transportation Routes and Services

Transportation routes and services will be established by the Supervisor of Transportation under the direction of the Superintendent of Schools each year and provided for in the tentative budget submitted to the Board of Education.
New requests for transportation will be submitted to the Supervisor of Transportation in accordance with the provisions of Education Law and with Policy 3540.
Criteria for routes and services will be established by the Superintendent in the Administrative Regulations, with approval by the Board of Education.
