Welcome to Lakeland Alternative High School. Our website will serve to provide you with information that we believe to be pertinent to our school. If you are enrolled in our school, we expect that your goal is to earn a high school diploma. This is not an easy task and will require you to accept the responsibility of completing schoolwork both in and out of school and conducting yourself in an appropriate manner. While you attend our school, we hope you find being here a meaningful and successful experience. The way to achieve this is by thinking positively, setting attainable goals, and doing the best you can. Each of our students has the ability to produce school-work that is of high quality. You will only find this out about yourself if, beginning the first day you are enrolled in our school, you decide that learning is important, and you are willing to be an active participant in your classes. The Alternative High School staff is here to guide you towards your goals. The hard effort will need to come from you. |
