It is hard to believe that May has arrived so quickly. We have come so far in a short time and are extremely proud of our school community. I would like to take the opportunity to thank you, your children and certainly the staff for making it possible to have such an outstanding year.

All of these wonderful accomplishments are due to our teamwork. Together we can make a difference in the children’s lives.

The Lakeland District budget and trustee vote will take place at Van Cortlandtville on May 20th; we remind you to come out between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Registration hours are posted on the web site or you may also register daily at Central Office. Remember, we need your voice; please come out to vote.

Van Cortlandtville Elementary School looks forward to our first “Fun and Fitness” event scheduled for May 29th, 30th and June 2nd. This program brings together the entire school community to celebrate exercise and wellness. This combined K-5 field day will build school spirit and an excitement for team building. We look forward to help in kicking off this event! Go TEAM!
