- Homework
is given Monday through Thursday.
- Our
homework usually consists of working with our weekly spelling patterns
and reading strategies. Children are also given a math assignment
to help reinforce what we've learned in class.
- Every
student is required to read for 15-20 minutes a night as part of their
homework. They must fill in their monthly reading log each night
to show what they have read. Reading logs will be checked periodically
throughout the month and need to be handed in the first day of the
following month.
- Homework
should be completed neatly and correctly.
- Parents
should review any skills that they see their child is having difficulty
with, then jot me a note on the page.
- Please
sign the homework each evening.
