As in every decision concerning the education of Thomas Jefferson students, our objective is to meet the needs of each child. This Spring the staff and administration will be working on class placement. We take this task very seriously and will put a great deal of time and effort in making placement decisions. The procedure is not casual or haphazard, but rather the result of communication amongst all Thomas Jefferson staff who interact with your child.
We recognize that parental involvement and participation are fundamental to the success of our efforts. Therefore, we invite you to share information about your child’s learning needs
COMPLETING THIS FORM IS OPTIONAL. Please note that requests for a specific teacher will NOT be accepted. As your child’s teacher will be involved in class placement, we respectfully ask that you do NOT request a conference to seek the teacher’s input to complete this form. Please fill out a separate form for each child, if you decide to participate in this process.
