Lakeland High School students taught Thomas Jefferson Elementary School children basic
conversational Spanish skills in grades 1 - 3.  The high school students used food, games,
songs and books to help the children learn about Hispanic culture. After the completion
of the lessons the Thomas Jefferson students were presented with a certificate.
