Process
Follow these steps to complete your project.
- Research two
different instruments. Here are some helpful sites:
- Pretend that
you can easily put parts of the two different instruments together. Decide
which parts you will combine to invent your new instrument.
- Write an advertisement
to sell your new invention. What is the name of the instrument? What family
does it belong to? How do you create sound on your instrument? How do you
change the sound on your instrument? Describe the sound it makes. How high
or low can it play?
- Make a picture
of your instrument. It may be in the form of a drawing, or a (manipulated)
photo.
