Key Idea 4

Modeling and Multiple Representation

Students use mathematical modeling/multiple representation to provide a means of presenting, interpreting, communicating, and connecting mathematical information and relationships.

All About Geometry - Facts and calculations, perimeter, area and circumference

Congruency - Drawing non-congruent triangles on a grid.

Interior Angles - calculating the measurements for interior angles.  Goes from the simple triangle to very complex figures.

Olympic Records Through Time - Are we faster, stronger, better than we used to be? Compare the records of gold medal Olympic winners for the last 100 years and decide.
