Our Tree in Autumn

Our Fall Tree

Our maple tree has not lost most of its leaves.  Even though it is autumn, the leaves are still green.  There is moss on the tree that is fuzzy.  The bark feels hard and rough. In the roll-over image, the students in 2S are making observations and writing them down.

Measuring the circumference

Kyle and Iman are measuring the circumference of  our tree.

Bark Rubbing

Noelle and Una are doing a “rubbing” of the bark.

Our Tree in Winter

Winter Tree

Winter Tree

It is 61 inches.
