Mrs. Mackey's ClassHere is our drawing of our class monster and our written description. We emailed the description to our partner class, Mrs. Doyle's class at Van Cortlandtville Elementary School. They drew the monster (without seeing the picture!) based on our writing. Aren't we great writers? |

| The Pumpkin-headed Shapester Our monster has 2 heads. They are shaped like pumpkins. Each one has green stem. There are 4 spiky blue hairs on each side of the stem. Each head has 1 green ear, on the outside, that looks like a leprechaun’s ear. Each head has 1 brown skinny rectangle eyebrow. Each head has a square eye with a red eyeball with a black pupil in the middle. There are brown eyelashes. Each head has a nose that is a triangle. Each nose is purple. Each head has a mouth that looks like a slice of watermelon with 2 seeds. They are green on the outside and pink on the inside. Both heads are orange. The necks are long, skinny, yellow rectangles. His body is a green circle. As you face the monster, there is a purple pocket on the right hand side. The pocket has a blue button. He has a small, round, pink belly button. Instead of arms, there are turquoise wings that look like combs. The monster has a long devil’s tail that is on the right side below his wing. Shapester has 4 legs. The 2 on the outside are long, purple rectangles with
chicken slippers. The 2 on the inside are long, orange rectangles with pink
square feet. Each foot has 4 small purple toes that are semi-circles. |
