Monster Madness 2006

Mrs. Castrataro's Class

Here is our drawing of our class monster and our written description. We emailed the description to our partner class, Mrs. Centofanti's at Ben Franklin Elementary School. They drew the monster (without seeing the picture!) based on our writing. Aren't we great writers?

Our monster has arrived. His name is Bruce.

We tried to make our description as easy as possible. WE hope you enjoy making our monster as much as we enjoyed drawing and coloring him.

Our monster has two heads and one body. Looking at our picture, the head on the left is a green square. This head has one circle eye that is blue. Its nose is a red triangle pointing down. It has a semicircle, open mouth with eight teeth. There are four teeth in the top row and four in the bottom. There are three squiggly, pink hairs on the top of this head. There is one black eyebrow surrounding the eye. It looks like a rainbow over his eye.

The second head is round and red. It has one green circle eye. The nose is a pink triangle pointing up. The mouth is an open semicircle with white teeth. There are eight teeth on the top and eight teeth on the bottom. There are three squiggly purple hairs on the top of this head.

Bruce's body is a red rectangle that connects both heads. In the middle of his body are the initials G.W. (for George Washington) written in black.

Our monster has four arms. There are two arms on each side of his rectangular body. The top arms on each side are skinny, long, purple rectangles. There are three brown triangles at the end of each arm. These are his fingers. The bottom arms are skinny, long, pink rectangles with three brown triangle fingers.

Bruce has two legs. Looking at our picture, the leg on the left is a long, pink triangle. The leg on the right is a long, purple triangle. He has two green feet at the end of each leg. His feet are pointing inward.

Bruce has two tails. One on each side of his body at the bottom of the rectangle. The left tail is long, red and pointy with spikes. The right one is long, green and pointy with spikes.

WE hope you have fun drawing our monster and we look forward to getting your description. If there is anything that is unclear that you would need help with please let us know.
