Mrs. Brandes' Class

Here is our drawing of our class monster and our written description. We emailed the description to our partner class, Mrs. Rice's at Lincoln-Titus Elementary School. They drew the monster (without seeing the picture!) based on our writing. Aren't we great writers?

Monster’s Name:  Sponge Bob

The monster’s head is a large circle.  Trace around the circle with an orange marker.  The hair is at the top of the monster’s head.  Draw nine triangle shapes to look like spiked hair.  Color them red.

The monster has three triangle shaped eyes.  They are in a row going across his face.  Color them blue.The monster has a star shaped nose.  It is under the middle eye.  Color them yellow.The monster’s mouth is a zig -zag shape.  Trace over it with a purple marker.

The monster’s body is a large rectangle.  Color it black.The monster’s arms are diamond shaped.  One arm is on the left side of his body and the other arm is on the right side of his body.  Color them blue.  The monster has four long oval shaped legs.  Color them green.
