In 1984, Oprah began “The Oprah Winfrey Show”. It was the number one talk show for 14 seasons! She has also been in some movies. In 1996, Oprah started her very own book club. She wanted to help people love to read as much as she does. Oprah also works hard for other people. She helps them find homes and go to college.
