In addition to Board and community discussion at meetings, the Board communicates with Lakeland residents through the press, on its web page, e-mail, and through school district publications.
District news appears in the North County News, the Journal News, and over local radio stations WLNA-AM (1420), WHUD-FM (100.7), and WCBS-AM (880).
Board of Education meetings are videotaped for broadcast on cable systems in Yorktown (Cablevision Channel 18) and Cortlandt (Cablevision-Peekskill, Channel 77). Air times can change during the year. Copies of meetings are available at the Administration Building.
