Mr. Korn is a Sales executive with HCL Americas, Inc., responsible for financial services clients, and works in New York City. Earlier, he worked for Patni Computer Systems, Electronic Data Systems, Citicorp, General Electric, and Booz-Allen & Hamilton. He is an engineer by training, and earned a MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is also on the board of a software company.
 
Mr. Korn lives in Cortlandt with his wife, Pearl. Their two daughters are graduates of Walter Panas High School.
 
Mr. Korn serves on the Board's Management Policy and Audit committees. He has been a trustee since 2001.
