In addition to Board and community discussion at meetings, the Board communicates with Lakeland residents through the press, on its web page, and through school district publications. District news appears in the North County News, the Journal News, and over local radio stations WLNA-AM (1420), WHUD-FM (100.7), WFAS-AM (1230), WBNR-AM (1260), and WCBS-AM (880).
Board of Education meetings are videotaped for broadcast on cable systems in Yorktown (Cablevision Channel 18) and Cortlandt (Cablevision-Peekskill, Channel 77). Air times can change during the year. Copies of meetings are available at the Administration Building.
